Accessibility and inclusivity featured prominently, with the Pembrokeshire Coast Charitable Trust winning the Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Award. Fforest was named Event of the Year, and Ffion Howells, a chef from Grove of Narberth, received the Rising Star Award for her contributions to the sector.

The ceremony also highlighted efforts to develop future talent through a 12-month mentoring initiative between The Celtic Collection and Pembrokeshire College. Students played key roles in the event, from sourcing local ingredients to preparing a three-course meal, showcasing how educational programs prepare learners for real-world industry needs.
